Whenever a customer places an order on your shared link, we will send you a notification an SMS and E Mail on your registered E Mail ID and Phone number.

 

How can I track the status of an order?
The order confirmation E Mail that is sent to you immediately after placing the order has an orange button called View Tracking Details .Click on it and you will be able to see where your order is. You can also track your order by going to My Shop > My Orders and clicking on it. Your customers also get an order confirmation E-Mail on your behalf and can track the order. The E Mail or Invoice, nothing will ever have GlowRoad's name on it. So you never have to worry about customer knowing original price
